Become A Member


The REALTOR® organization is a three-tiered organization. When you become a member of RCAMA, you also become a member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). When you remit your dues to RCAMA, you are submitting membership dues for all 3 organizations.



Types of Membership


Primary REALTOR® Membership is for agents joining RCAMA as their only REALTOR® association.

Secondary REALTOR® Membership is for REALTORS® or Brokers who are a primary member of another REALTOR® association and wish to participate in RCAMA member only events and services.


Affiliate membership is available to businesses & individuals whose products or services are utilized by our members and their clients. Affiliate membership provides you with a referral network of potential business clients & industry-wide Association. Looking to highlight your business? Check out our sponsorship opportunities!


Membership Dues

REALTOR® Member annual dues are $260 per year (prorated monthly) plus a $50 application fee.


RCAMA Local Dues: $260 Annually
MAR Dues: $191 Annually
NAR Dues: $201 Annually

Application Fee: $50 (Application fees apply to any new member (or previous member who has a lapsed membership over one (1) year).
